Position: Field Superintendent Western Responsibilities but not limited to: Your job is to deal with problem and provide solutions for our Field Installers Bring jobs in on time or under time every time. Relationship with the IUEC (International Union of Elevator Constructors) Train field installers Recruit field installers Field Measuring on survey sheets Cleanliness and general upkeep of field vehicles Enforce Company’s dress code in the field Organization of field employees Coordinate with shop foreman the delivery of material with a shop to field check list Reporting and tracking hours before, during and after the job. Quality control of finished product from an install aspect Meet with customer in the field on field related issues Responsible for sign off sheets Responsible for installation crews Receiving of material on job sites Receiving of material in the Bay Area and Las Vegas shops Absent reports for field employees Field Safety meetings Work with shop foreman, Project Manager, and General Manager on and equal level to ensure company profitability Base Salary: $70,000 Car Allowance: $350 per month (they will use the auto a lot / a pick up is preferred) Gas: Mileage log and gas reimbursement for business travel. Medical: Company pays 75% of premium, employee pays 25% Expenses: Reimbursement for all expenses related to the job Gas, Materials, Travel, Meals for example. |
