Project Manager building any of the following projects:
• Ground up Healthcare Facility (acute care, hospital, military etc…)
• High Tech Facility (Chip Fab, Office Building, world Headquarters)
• Private Institutional (Libraries, Sports Facilities, etc…)
We are looking for “A” talent people to join a leading San Francisco Bay area based commercial construction
team. We are a very progressive construction company with state of the art facilities and a great live/work
philosophy. Because of our rapid growth and current backlog we are looking for:
• Project Managers
• Estimators MEP, any
As mentioned before, we are a technical builder; no public works jobs only private negotiated work. We are in
Northern California and throughout the Greater Bay Area and concentrate on the biotechnology,
pharmaceutical, healthcare, private higher education, and electronics sectors. We are one of the fastest

Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible (with the Project Superintendent) for the overall
management and administration of a project. This includes preconstruction services, estimating,
subcontractor management, budgeting, and submittal processing.
The Project Manager provides the core leadership required to guide the project team to success and is an
excellent communicator. He or she develops business with new and existing clients and maintains contact with
clients; is able to assemble new-project proposals with little guidance; develops estimates and develops
detailed instructions to bidders; has a solid understanding of current unit costs; and manages the project
close out process to a successful completion.
Grauss & Company is retained by several of California's top General Contractors to fill Project manager,
Estimator and Project Engineer positions throughout the Bay Area region.

Commercial Construction (Private negotiated work).
Underground construction
Public Works construction
Treatment Plant construction
